Poza Manole Cojocaru 2013_ea8_600px   Adjuvantul este o substanţă care se adaugă unui vaccin cu rolul de a creşte concentraţia/titrul anticorpilor în sânge. Implicarea adjuvanţilor (săruri de aluminiu, emulsii de ulei în apă care conţin squalen, polisorbat 80, vitamina E sintetică) în patogenia bolilor mediate imun este binecunoscută de multă vreme. Literatura de specialitate sugerează să grupăm manifestările clinice sub denumirea unui sindrom frecvent întâlnit, intitulat sindromul autoimun indus de adjuvanţi (Autoimmune Syndrome Induced by Adjuvants, ASIA).
   Adjuvant provine din limba latină şi înseamnă „a sprijini“. Adjuvanţii sunt folosiţi în industria farmaceutică (producerea de vaccinuri) pentru a dezvolta imunogenicitate (a provoca un răspuns imun), un vaccin validat însemnând că acesta induce creşterea titrului de anticorpi. La majoritatea vaccinurilor este nevoie de un adaos de adjuvanţi. Adjuvanţii tipici sunt săruri de aluminiu (hidroxid de aluminiu, squalen). Adjuvanţii noi (AS04 sau MF59) induc o creştere cu mult mai mare şi mai îndelungată a titrului de anticorpi. Ei stimulează atât formarea de anticorpi (stimulează limfocitele Th2), cât şi imunitatea celulară (stimulează Th1). La femeile gravide, stimularea imunităţii celulare conduce la respingerea embrionului/fătului.
   Sindromul autoimun indus de adjuvanţi ASIA este caracterizat prin manifestări clinice precum: mialgii, miozită, slăbiciune musculară, artralgii sau poliartrită, oboseală cronică, tulburări ale somnului, afectare cognitivă, pierderea memoriei, ca şi emergenţa posibilă de boli demielinizante sau boli autoimune sistemice după expunerea la adjuvanţi.
   Se cunoaşte că adjuvanţii pot să declanşeze dezvoltarea de boli inflamatorii sau autoimune la persoanele care sunt susceptibile genetic. Raritatea complicaţiilor este secundară susceptibilităţii genetice, astfel că numai pacienţii cu tipul HLA DRB1 şi HLA DQB1 au declanşat boala. Sindromul miopatic indus de adjuvanţi a fost descris pentru prima dată în Franţa, în 1998. Miofasciita cu macrofage, afectare musculară postvaccinare, a fost demonstrată la examenele histopatologice, ce au relevat prezenţa de incluzii de aluminiu la nivelul citoplasmei (aluminiul este adjuvant în diverse vaccinuri). În 2002, cercetătorii au evidenţiat persistenţa depozitelor de adjuvant la locul de aplicare a vaccinului până la 10 ani după imunizare, ceea ce ar putea să explice persistenţa afectării musculare la aceşti pacienţi.
   Manifestările sistemice includ astenia marcată, oboseala cronică, mialgia, artralgiile, febra, iar la unele persoane, poliradiculoneuropatia demielinizantă, similară clinic cu boala Guillain-Barré cu modificări demonstrate electromiografic. Unii dintre pacienţii cu boli autoimune şi alergice au prezentat reactivarea bolii de bază când au fost vaccinaţi anti-H1N1, produs bogat în adjuvanţi. S-au evidenţiat markeri biologici precum hipergamaglobulinemia, nivelurile crescute ale proteinelor de fază acută (la 45% din pacienţi) şi concentraţia crescută de creatinkinază.
   Cercetările lui Shoenfeld au sugerat criteriile pentru diagnosticul ASIA, încă nevalidate, dar care sprijină recunoaşterea şi orientează studiile viitoare. S-a propus un nou nume pentru ASIA, şi anume sindromul Shoenfeld, în onoarea autorului care a studiat şi descris pentru prima dată aceste manifestări. Pentru diagnosticul de ASIA, trebuie să fie prezente cel puţin două criterii majore sau unul major şi două criterii minore.
   În concluzie, adjuvanţii atrag după sine o activare adjuvantă imună, produc boli mediate imun atât la animale, cât şi la om. (more…)

În urmă cu ceva timp, Robert de Niro anunța prezența la festivalul american de film Tribeca a filmuluit Vaxxed, un film care făcea dezvăluiri importante despre vaccinuri și industria farmaceutică, după care filmul a fost retras , stârnind multiple controverse. Mulți și-au pus problema că s-au exercitat presiuni uriașe asupra marelui actor american.

Invitat la un post de televiziune american, Robert de Niro lămurește lucrurile.

Robert De Niro: Cred că filmul trebuie văzut, dar n-am vrut ca festivalul să fie afectat. Mai există un film asemănător numit Trace amounts. Aceste filme au multe informații despre problemele medicale și companiile farmaceutice; sunt multe lucruri despre care nu se vorbește. Ca părinte al unui copil cu autism, sunt îngrijorat. Vreau să știu adevărul. Nu sunt anti-vaccinare. Sunt pro vaccinuri sigure! Anumiți oameni nu tolerează unele tipuri de medicamente, pot muri din cauza lor, cum e cazul penicilinei. De ce nu se ia în considerare același lucru și cazul vaccinurilor? Dacă ești om de știință vrei sa afli. Dar în cazul vaccinurilor se pare că nu se dorește să se afle prea multe. Ar trebui să ne întrebăm cum fac oamenii autism, de ce unele vaccinuri sunt periculoase pentru anumiți oameni? Nimeni nu vrea să ia asta în calcul sau spun că au cercetat acest aspect, iar acum este un subiect închis. Dar sunt multi părinți care spun că au văzut cum copilul lor s-a schimbat peste noapte. Am văzut la rândul meu ce s-a întâmplat și ar fi trebuit să fac ceva, dar n-am făcut.

În 2008 a demisionat din Academie după ce a realizat că Academia ştia faptul că mercurul din vaccinuri poate provoca autism si alte leziuni neurologice, dar organizația a refuzat să facă un efort hotărât de a elimina mercurul ( timerosal) din toate vaccinurile. Și, de fapt, s-a angajat în schimb într-o muşamalizare pentru a proteja interesele producătorilor de vaccinuri și imperiilor farmaceutice. The purpose of this review is to examine the parallels between the effects mercury intoxication on the brain and the brain pathology found in autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This review finds evidence of many parallels between the two, including: (1) microtubule degeneration, specifically large, long-range axon degeneration with subsequent abortive axonal sprouting (short, thin axons); (2) dentritic overgrowth; (3) neuroinflammation; (4) microglial/astrocytic activation; (5) brain immune response activation; (6) elevated glial fibrillary acidic protein; (7) oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation; (8) decreased reduced glutathione levels and elevated oxidized glutathione; (9) mitochondrial dysfunction; (10) disruption in calcium homeostasis and signaling; (11) inhibition of glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD) activity; (12) disruption of GABAergic and glutamatergic homeostasis; (13) inhibition of IGF-1 and methionine synthase activity; (14) impairment in methylation; (15) vascular endothelial cell dysfunction and pathological changes of the blood vessels; (16) decreased cerebral/cerebellar blood flow; (17) increased amyloid precursor protein; (18) loss of granule and Purkinje neurons in the cerebellum; (19) increased pro-inflammatory cytokine levels in the brain (TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-1β, IL-8); and (20) aberrant nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-kappaB). This review also discusses the ability of mercury to potentiate and work synergistically with other toxins and pathogens in a way that may contribute to the brain pathology in ASD. The evidence suggests that mercury may be either causal or contributory in the brain pathology in ASD, possibly working synergistically with other toxic compounds or pathogens to produce the brain pathology observed in those diagnosed with an ASD.

    Background: Concern has risen on the presence of the ethylmercury containing preservative thimerosal in vaccines. We assessed the risk for neurologic and renal impairment associated with past exposure to thimerosal-containing vaccine using automated data from the Vaccine Safety Data link (VSD). VSD is a large linked database from four health maintenance organizations in Washington, Oregon and California, containing immunization, medical visit and demographic data on over 400,000 infants born between ’91 and ’97.

    Methods: We categorized the cumulative ethylmercury exposure from Thimerosal containing vaccines after one month of life and assessed the subsequent risk of degenerative and developmental neurologic disorders and renal disorders before the age of six. We applied proportional hazard models adjusting for HMO, year of birth, and gender, excluding premature babies.

    Results: We identified 286 children with degenerative and 3702 with developmental neurologic disorders, and 310 with renal disorders. The relative risk (RR) of developing a neurologic development disorder was 1.8 ( 95% confidence intervals [CI] =1.1-2.8) when comparing the highest exposure group at 1 month of age (cumulative dose> 25 ug) to the unexposed group. Within this group we also found an elevated risk for the following disorders: autism (RR 7.6, 95% Cl = 1.8-31.5), non organic sleep disorders (RR 5.0, 95% Cl = 1.6-15.9}, and speech disorders (RR 2.1, 95% (1=1.1-4.0). For the neurologic degenerative and renal disorders group we found no significantly increased risk or a decreased risk.

    Conclusion: This analysis suggests that high exposure to ethyl mercury from thimerosal-containing vaccines in the first month of life increases the risk of subsequent development of neurologic development impairment, but not of neurologic degenerative or renal impairment. Further confirmatory studies are needed.

Evidence that vaccines can cause autism

It is an often repeated fallacy that there is no research that supports the supposition that vaccines can cause autism. This talking point is most often repeated by medical personnel and public health officials who have simply never been told that these studies exist, and in some cases by those who refuse to read the information when it is offered to them, so they continue to labor under the false assumption that vaccine autism causation is merely an “internet rumor” or a result of one paper that was published in 1998.

This untruth was again testified to during the HHS Committee hearings

In fact, the first research paper to offer evidence that vaccines may cause autism was THE first paper ever written on autism. In the 1930’s, Child Psychiatrist Leo Kanner discovered 11 children over the course of several years who displayed a novel set of neurological symptoms that had never been described in the medical literature, where children were withdrawn, uncommunicative and displayed similar odd behaviors. This disorder would become known as “autism.” In the paper, Dr. Kanner noted that onset of the disorder began following the administration of a small pox vaccine. This paper, was published in 1943, and evidence that vaccination causes an ever increasing rate of neurological and immunological regressions, including autism, has been mounting from that time until now.

“Since 1938, there have come to our attention a number of children whose condition differs so markedly and uniquely from anything reported so far, that each case merits – and, I hope, will eventually receive – at detailed consideration of its fascinating peculiarities.”

All of Kanners cases were born after, and began to appear following, the introduction of Eli Lilly’s new form of water soluble mercury in the late 1920s used as an anti-fungal in forestry, a wood treatment product in the lumber industry and as a disinfectant and anti-bacterial in the medical industry under the name of “Thimerosal” that was included in vaccines.

For further information on the early evidence of a vaccine/connection, I recommend reading Dr. Bryan Jepson’s book, “Changing the Course of Autism: A Scientific Approach for Parents and Physicians,” as well as Mark Blaxill and Dan Olmseted’s new book “The Age of Autism: Mercury, Medicine, and a Man-made Epidemic.”

As I testified to at the hearing, there is abundant research supporting the vaccine autism link. I have included 49 research papers for your review, and only included research published in the last ten years or so. This is by no means a complete list, but it one that I have been compiling for the last few years as relevant research came to my attention. I have ONLY included autism related information, not research on other vaccine injuries of which there are many.

As you can see, the medical professionals testifying that there is no scientific support for the vaccine/autism causation theory are uninformed about the current state of the science. When vaccination decisions are made based on an uninformed opinion, it means serious potential damage to the patient, and because of the law preventing lawsuits for vaccine injury, it also means that the uninformed medical professionals making bad recommendations CANNOT be held accountable in any way for giving the patient bad information.

Parents want to know if their child can develop autism from their vaccines. If they believe that the answer is yes, and the risk of brain injury from vaccination is higher than their risk from a disease, it is their right to decline vaccination for themselves and their children with out coercion.

Patients MUST be able to make their own informed vaccine decisions, because often, they know more about potential vaccine risks that even top public health officials do.

1. Hepatitis B Vaccination of Male Neonates and Autism

PURPOSE: Universal newborn immunization with hepatitis B vaccine was recommended in 1991; however, safety findings are mixed. The Vaccine Safety Datalink Workgroup reported no association between hepatitis B vaccination at birth and febrile episodes or neurological adverse events. Other studies found positive associations between

hepatitis B vaccination and ear infection, pharyngitis, and chronic arthritis; as well as receipt of early intervention/special education services (EIS); in probability samples of U.S. children. Children with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) comprise a growing caseload for EIS. We evaluated the association between hepatitis B vaccination of male neonates and parental report of ASD.

METHODS: This cross-sectional study used U.S. probability samples obtained from National Health Interview Survey 1997-2002 datasets. Logistic regression modeling was used to estimate the effect of neonatal hepatitis B vaccination on ASD risk among boys age 3-17 years with shot records, adjusted for race, maternal education, and two-parent household.

RESULTS: Boys who received the hepatitis B vaccine during the first month of life had 2.94 greater odds for ASD (nZ31 of 7,486; OR Z 2.94; p Z 0.03; 95% CI Z 1.10, 7.90)

compared to later- or unvaccinated boys. Non-Hispanic white boys were 61% less likely to have ASD (ORZ0.39; pZ0.04; 95% CIZ0.16, 0.94) relative to non-white boys.

CONCLUSION: Findings suggest that U.S. male neonates vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine had a 3-fold greater risk of ASD; risk was greatest for non-white boys.

This new study from France utilizes a new and sophisticated measurement for environmental toxicity by assessing porphyrin levels in autistic children. It provides clear and unequivocal evidence that children with autism spectrum disorders are more toxic than their neurotypical peers.

Excerpt: “Coproporphyrin levels were elevated in children with autistic disorder relative to control groups…the elevation was significant. These data implicate environmental toxicity in childhood autistic disorder.”
